Theodoros Papanikolaou has now taken the reins as 180 Sunset-Bar executive chef, developing new menu items from whatever the Greek land and the Aegean Sea provide. No trip will ever be the same with chef Theodoros Papanikolaou constantly foraging for daring combinations and turning them into beautiful dishes. Theodoros Papanikolaou is in constant curation and observation of the kitchen and dishes.
